Real-location 3D sport challenges
SpotArena turns skateparks, rails, ledges, ramps, and street spots into mobile-viewable 3D challenge spaces with route markers, tutorials, AI-assisted scoring, leaderboards, and Arena Points.
Spot-first discovery
The core unit is a spot: location, terrain tags, safety notes, 3D assets, hotspots, tutorials, challenges, submissions, scoring reports, and moderation status live together.
Sydney - medium safety
Rail, ledge, flat ground, ramp. Difficulty 7/10.
Melbourne - review pending
Manual pad, quarter, bank transfer. Difficulty 5/10.
Vancouver - approved
Ledge line, open flat, controlled runout. Difficulty 6/10.
3D arena layer
The MVP can use seeded commercial capture assets while the reconstruction service matures. Hotspots and route markers stay anchored to the spot, so every tutorial and challenge has spatial context.
Demoable loop
Filter by city, sport, terrain, difficulty, and safety.
Inspect the 3D scene, hotspots, Top 3 route, and tutorials.
Submit a movement video for challenge scoring.
Receive AI Coach feedback, confidence, and review status.
Earn Arena Points and enter spot, challenge, or city boards.
AI-assisted scoring
The move is mostly complete with a stable landing. Takeoff angle and shoulder timing are reducing control.
City leaderboard
Safety before virality
SpotArena treats public spots, challenges, tutorials, scans, submissions, and reports as reviewable objects. AI Coach results show confidence and low-confidence or high-risk content can enter human review before leaderboard eligibility.
No live personal location. User activity can be fuzzy or delayed by default.
Pending, approved, rejected, and needs changes states are visible across content.
Demo assets and coach baselines require authorized capture and commercial-use clearance.
